Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is, according to our reviewer Graham, "perhaps the best expansion pack ever made."Feh, small potatoes - Phantom Liberty's most prestigious achievement is surely how it heralds a new ray tracing feature that makes Cyberpunk 2077 look and run a tiny bit better. On specific settings. And only on GeForce RTX graphics cards.
Here's my settings for a smooth experience using a 3070 RTX at 4K. Performance may vary according to your CPU, I'm using a 12700K. Getting around 70-80fps in busy areas and more on not so dense parts of the map. Textures on MEDIUM, otherwise you will suffer brutal frame drops by reaching VRAM limit. DLSS - Performance.

Trying to work out the best performance for quality ratio with raytracing settings on a 3070. Initially I tried it with RT reflections on with local shadows and sun shadows off but an article online from today recommends having reflections off with the two shadow settings on instead.
My 3070 runs 75 Celsius under heavy load and my i7 around the same temp. What are your temps? I run all high settings, with ray traced reflections turned on. All other ray tracing turned off (even medium rt lighting kills the gps). I also run DLSS quality at 1080p. I get 80-120 fps.
4. Anisotropy. The Anisotropy primarily works around improving the texture quality and images at oblique angles. It is one of the settings that affect the overall performance of an FPS game. But since Cyberpunk 2077 is an open world, you can choose to set the Anisotropy at both 4x or 16x, respectively. 5.
